Things You Need To Know

This is an immersive, interactive experience that requires completing multiple pulse raising challenges in order to discover secret passageways, and hidden doors as you navigate through each thrilling time period.

• There are 4 individual time periods. 
  • 1900s Home
  • Medeival Castle
  • Ancient Egypt
  • Future
• The 1 hour experience includes 2 time periods. 
• The 2 hour Xtream challenge includes all 4 time periods. 
• There are no live actors in any of the time periods. 
• There are some "sudden surprises" that occur throught the experiences. However, we can turn those off upon request if you really do not like any "jump scares". 

1 hour experience

• You will have 30 minutes per time period to complete the challenges and tasks of that time period in order to successfully proceed to the next.
• If you fail to succed within the 30 minutes in the first time period, you will be stopped where you are and escorted  back to the time machine to try again in the 2nd time period. 
• If you fail in the second time period, your experience will end and you will be escorted back to the lobby. 
• If absolutly necessary, guests can ask for 3 hints per time period and one free challenge pass. 

2 hour challenge

• You will have 30 minutes per time period to complete the challenges and tasks of that time period in order to successfully proceed to the next.
• If you fail to succeed within the 30 minutes in any time period, you will be stopped where you are and escorted  back to the time machine to try again in the next time period. 
• If you fail to succed twice, your experience will end and you will be escorted back to the lobby. 
• If absolutly necessary, guests can ask for 3 hints per time period and two free challenge passes. 

NOTE: All guests are provided LED wristbands that provided notifications of the time elapsed in each        time period. 

• Each experience can be booked as a public or private experience. 
  • Public - anyone can join in a group up to 8 people. 
  • Private - the booking is reserved only for those that make the private booking. 
• Each booking is for the date and time selected. Everyone must check in upon arrival. 
• Please arrive  no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. 
• Please allow time for traffic and weather when planning your visit. 
• All bookings are done in advance online. Walkups are subject to availability and are not guaranteed admission. 

• Rescheduling must be completed prior to 48 hours of your scheduled time. 
• Late arrivals may not be admitted. 
• There are no refunds for late arrivals or no shows. 
• There are no refunds for not completing the experience for any personal reason.
• The attraction is indoors. We are open rain or shine. 
• No weapons of any kind are permitted. 
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted. 
• Use of mobile phones is prohibited within the experience. 
• No food or drinks are permitted within the experience.
• XscapeWorks can be fun for everyone, but may be too much for ages 11 and under.  

• We STRONGLY RECOMMEND a minimum group size of 4 people. 
• A minimum purchase of 4 is required for the 2 hour experience. 
• Maximum of 8 people per group.
• Tickets are offered on an individual basis until the time slot is full.
