Tickets must be purchased in advance and are subject to availability. Please note that tickets will not be available on site, and cash is not accepted at the venue. You can conveniently purchase your tickets using your mobile device upon arrival, based on availability. Once tickets are purchased, there are no refunds available. If you need to reschedule your booking time, you can do so to another available time, but this must be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. For any changes within the 48-hour time frame, please contact us by phone. However, please be aware that no guarantees can be made for changes made inside of 48 hours.
Check-in is required 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be admitted, as this could disrupt the timing of other groups. Each ticket is valid for a specific date and time; therefore, if the purchased time slot is not utilized, it cannot be refunded. Additionally, joining a group after they have already entered the attraction is not permitted.
This reservation acts as a revocable license, and it is unlawful to reproduce this reservation in any form. Reservations or tickets obtained from an unauthorized source are not valid. Please note that one reservation equals one admission only. In accordance with local requirements and regulations, certain items may not be permitted on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms or any weapons, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, or any other controlled substances.
XscapeWorks and Smithworks Creative Arts reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any individual whose behavior is deemed by management to be disorderly, destructive, dangerous, or who uses vulgar or abusive language, or fails to comply with these rules or any other policies presented at the attraction. Any breach of the aforementioned conditions will automatically terminate this license without refund.
This reservation is only valid for the specific date and time for which it is issued and is not redeemable for cash. All attendees release XscapeWorks, Smithworks Creative Arts, and their agents from any liability or claims that may arise from any activity associated with the attraction. Attendees also agree that their image, likeness, voice, or any other representation may be used by XscapeWorks, Smithworks Creative Arts, and/or their agents for advertising or marketing purposes without further notice or compensation.
Additional rules may be communicated verbally or in writing at the attraction, which will also apply.
Available time slots for your experience can be purchased up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
