Booking Policies

Tickets must be purchased in advance and based on availability.
Tickets will not be available on site. No cash is accepted on site. You can purchase your tickets once you arrive though your mobile device - based on availability.
There are no refunds once tickets are purchased.
You will be able to reschedule your booking time to another available time if completed prior to 48 hours before your scheduled time. You will need to contact us by phone to request any changes within the 48 hour time frame. No guarantees of changes can be made inside of 48 hours.

Check in is required 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may not be admitted as it could disrupt the timing of other groups.
Each ticket is for a specific date and time; therefore, if the time slot purchased is not used, it cannot be refunded.
Joining a group after they have already entered the attraction is not permitted.

This reservation is a revocable license, and it is unlawful to reproduce this reservation in any form. Reservations or tickets obtained from an unathorized source are not valid. One reservation equals one admission. In conformance with local requirements and rules, certain items may not be brought onto the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms or any other weapon, alcolholic beverages, illegal drugs, or any other controlled substances.
XscapeWorks and Smithworks Creative Arts reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, distructive, dangerous, uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these or other rules presented at the attraction. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate this license without refund.
This reservation is valid only for the date and time for which it is issued. This reservation is not redeemable for cash.
All who attend release XscapeWorks, Smithworks Creative Arts, and all their agents from any liability or claim that may result from any activity associated with the attraction. All who attend agree that their image, likeness, voice or other may be used by XscapeWorks, Smithworks Creative Arts, and/or their agents for any advertising/marketing purpose without further notice or compensation.
Other rules may be presented verbally or written at the attraction which will apply.

Available time slots can be purchased up to 30 minutes before the time of the experience.
