Things You Need To Know

XscapeWorks is an immersive, interactive experience that requires completing multiple, thrilling and fun challenges as you navigate through each time period.

• There are 4 individual time periods. 
  • 1900s Home
  • Medieval Castle
  • Ancient Egypt
  • Future
• The 1 hour experience includes 2 time periods up until 11/26.
• From 11/27 - 1/11/26 We will be featuring our holiday experience "The Christmas House".
• Ancient Egypt and Future will still be packaged together as a 1 hour experience.  
• The 2 hour Xstream challenge includes all 4 time periods. 
  • NOTE the 2 hour challenge will not be available from 11/27/25 - 1/11-26.
• There are no live actors in any of the time periods. 
• Ancient Egypt and Future contain "sudden surprises" that occur throughout the experiences. However, we can turn those off upon request if you do not like "jump scares".
  • Ancient Egypt - Creepy, Egyptian tomb, some sudden surprises, large animatronic creatures. 
  • Future - Creepy lab, animatronic zombie figures, mild scenes of blood and gore, and jump scares.  
  • Not recommended for ages 11 and under. 
• 1900s Home and Medieval Times- thru 11/26
  • The 1900s home has a haunting theme with some sudden surprises. (Can be turned off upon request)
  • The Medieval Times is a dark castle setting. No jump scares. A large animatronic dragon at the end. 
  • Not recommended for ages 11 and under.
• The Christmas House - available 11/27 - 1/11/26
  • 45 Minute experience
  • An old home set during holidays.
  • Holiday fun for the entire family. 
• A Medieval Knight's Quest - available starting 11/27
  • 45 Minute experience.
  • A Medieval castle setting.
  • Suitable for all ages. 
    • Note there is a large animatronic dragon at the end for a dramatic ending. 
  • No jump scares.

1 hour experience

• You will have 30 minutes per time period to complete the challenges and tasks of that time period in order to successfully proceed to the next.
• If you fail to succeed within the 30 minutes in the first time period, you will be stopped where you are and escorted  back to the time machine to try again in the 2nd time period. 
• If you fail in the second time period, your experience will end and you will be escorted back to the lobby. 
• If absolutely necessary, guests can ask for 3 hints per time period and one free challenge pass. 

2 hour challenge

• You will have 30 minutes per time period to complete the challenges and tasks of that time period in order to successfully proceed to the next.
• If you fail to succeed within the 30 minutes in any time period, you will be stopped where you are and escorted  back to the time machine to try again in the next time period. 
• If you fail to succeed twice, your experience will end and you will be escorted back to the lobby. 
• If absolutely necessary, guests can ask for 3 hints per time period and two free challenge passes. 

45 Minute Experiences

• Single themed experiences with multiple rooms.

NOTE: All guests are provided LED wristbands that provided notifications of the time elapsed in each        time period. 

• Each experience can be booked as a public or private experience. 
  • Public - anyone can join in a group up to 8 people. 
  • Private - the booking is reserved only for those that make the private booking. 
• Each booking is for the date and time selected. Everyone must check in upon arrival. 
• Please arrive  no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled time. 
• Please allow time for traffic and weather when planning your visit. 
• All bookings are done in advance online. Walkups are subject to availability and are not guaranteed admission. 

• Rescheduling must be completed prior to 48 hours of your scheduled time. 
• Late arrivals may not be admitted. 
• There are no refunds for late arrivals or no shows. 
• There are no refunds for not completing the experience for any personal reason.
• The attraction is indoors. We are open rain or shine. 
• No weapons of any kind are permitted. 
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted. 
• Use of mobile phones is prohibited within the experience. 
• No food or drinks are permitted within the experience.
• XscapeWorks can be fun for everyone, but note the experiences that may be too intense for ages 11 and under.  

• We STRONGLY RECOMMEND a minimum group size of 4 people. 
• A minimum purchase of 4 is required for the 2 hour experience. 
• Maximum of 8 people per group.
• Tickets are offered on an individual basis until the time slot is full. 
• An entire time slot can also be reserved for a "private" experience for a set price. This will exclude anyone else from booking in that time slot. Go to Book Now for details.
